Guardian Angels gets a New Look!

Guardian Angels School in Brampton West got a new look last month. As students, parents and staff enter the school, they are met by colourful, inspirational and creative artwork thanks to artist Nico Monteleone, with the help of Giovanna Limanni. Nico’s mural is a peaceful and loving painting of Jesus surrounded by diverse children who represent the student community at Guardian Angels. The front pillars, display case and alcoves also got a facelift to welcome all who enter the school. Nico has certainly brought his creative talents to the school atmosphere and impressed us all with the ‘trompe l’oeil style’ Roman columns. On March 2nd, Father Jan Gogolewski blessed the artwork after the Lenten Mass that was held in the school gym. Nico Monteleone is a teacher and independent artist specializing in murals, paintings and multimedia.
